FuseBeadMaker is built around a local-first workflow. This page explains what the app can access, how project data is stored, and when information can leave your device.
Information the app can access
FuseBeadMaker may request access to your photo library so you can import reference images and save exported results back to Photos.
The website does not require an account or a project upload to read product information.
How projects are stored
Based on the current app project, saved projects and thumbnails are stored locally in application support storage on the device.
Project data can include grid size, palette selection, generation settings, build progress, and thumbnails so you can resume work later.
On-device processing
Cropping, palette mapping, cleanup, editing, and build planning are designed to run locally inside the app workflow.
A cloud account is not required for the core generate and edit flow.
Optional product analytics
With your permission, the app sends limited product events to Mixpanel's EU data region. These events can include an install-scoped random identifier, app version and platform, paywall interactions, plan selections, purchase or restore outcomes, successful exports, and the discovery source you choose in the optional survey.
Analytics never includes your photos, generated designs, project names, precise location, contacts, advertising identifier, or free-form text. IP-based geolocation, cross-app tracking, user profiles, and session replay are disabled. You can change analytics sharing in Settings.
Mixpanel acts as our analytics service provider and must protect this data consistently with this policy. We keep analytics only as long as reasonably needed to understand and improve the app, then delete or aggregate it. You can withdraw consent in Settings to stop future collection or email tardislabs@gmail.com to request deletion of stored analytics. Mixpanel's privacy notice is available at https://mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
Exports and sharing
If you export an image, bead guide, or color pattern, the file can be saved to Photos or shared through the system share sheet.
Once you send a file to another app or service, that destination handles the file under its own privacy practices.
Contact
